Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time all orders are aimed to be processed within 3-5 business days in the United States and 7-14 business days for all other countries. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please email our support team at service@mywirsh.com if you are experiencing any delays.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States and the European Union (excluding overseas territories and outermost regions such as the Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, and French overseas departments), all customs duties and import taxes are included in your purchase. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

For orders shipped to all other countries and regions outside the U.S. and mainland E.U. (including the overseas territories mentioned above), please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your payment at checkout and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if you have eligible tracking.  


Damages
mywirsh.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
