Just unboxed and dialing in. Pretty impressed so far. Nice fluffy grinds as already mentioned. Looking forward to many more espresso shots. Decent looking half-caff shot.

Just got my GU64 yesterday and already pulled a few espressos—loving it!
Build quality is solid, though the magnet doesn’t perfectly center the cup (no big deal, I’ll swap it for a blind shaker). It can feel a tiny bit wobbly on the base, but once it has a permanent spot, it’s all good.
Super easy to get started thanks to the YouTube videos. Quiet, low retention, and tastes better than my Kinu Phoenix—especially if you like light to medium roasts.
Honestly, for the price, I’m thrilled!

Finally got my Geimori GU64 and compared to my DF64 Gen 2, it's definitely fluffier in grinds, thanks to the better anti-static system, I think.
I started with a washed medium-light roast, the Heart Stereo Blend. The GU64 seized but after it does the auto reverse and forward, it managed to start again. I was using 1000 RPM and for this lighter roast, they do suggest going 1200 RPM.
Retention wise on the first grind, it lost 0.3g, which is not bad considering there is no bellows like the DF64 (which has almost zero retention because of the bellows).
Taste wise, I am still fine tuning to this roast, which was a little bit sour and easy to be too fine. In fact, at grind 10, it took 32 seconds to get to 37g and there were some dark spots (concentrations) at the bottom of the Portafilter.
But it was less sour and has a better after taste than the Df64 espresso shot I made this morning with my Profitec GO.
I tried Grind 11 and it was a tad sweeter and got me to 28 seconds. I think I'll try 12 or 12.5 next to get it to That 23-25 seconds I tend to like with my Profitec Go.
One note, my Weber Blind Shaker fits and attaches to the magnet just fine, BUT I can't store it with the lid on underneath.

unbelievable coffee grinder

I have just unpacked the grinder.
I am very satisfied with the build quality for the price. To be honest, I have already lost a screw cover, but everything else is really impeccable.
My friends were very amazed of the hidden tastes of our coffee beans.
I'm already looking forward to the next shot of espresso.
Thank you very much for this unbelievable coffee grinder.

It's alive!
To add some info:
Apparently, my grinder was not zeroed correctly out of the box, and I had to do it all over.
I don't mind, since it is easy and this way I could understand how it was done.
It's my first electrical grinder, so I don't have any comparison point.
But this is quiet.
This is quick.
Coming from a K ultra.
For espresso, the coffee I pulled out with the beans I'm used too is thicker (I mean in a good way, the body is more dense), and somehow tastier. It brings more clarity, and I can detect more more notes.
However, with the multipurpose burrs, the grinder doesn't offer the coarse range I like for my pour over, and grinds too fine even at maximum settings.
I rejoin some other comments regarding the catch cup not snapping correctly. But again, minor issue, as I grind into my blind shaker for espresso.
I have to agree it is super quiet, I will only be pulling espresso shots and my morning Aeropress, so far with the beans I've tried, 12 and 48 are working well 👍
Thank you wirsh team. It's a great product I'll enjoy using!
